The peculiar pedoclimatic conditions of the vineyards and the wise and measured use of wood allow creating a white wine with a very long breath and surprising personality.
Harvesting: exclusively by hand in small boxes with the selection of grapes Farm vineyards: located in the locality of CelloleLayer and texture of the soil: hilly at 300-320 m above sea level, south-southwest, clayey, calcareous, rich in the skeleton. Vinification and ageing: soft pressing of whole and cold grapes, final fermentation in small-medium sized barrels for about ten months. Refinement in bottle for at least one-year, release for consumption 3-5 years after production.

THE LABEL
A label that tells a story of origin, where sea and land meet.
The historical label embodies two defining traits of the wine, reflected in its name: the memory of the sea, evoked by fossil-rich marine soils (MARE), and the essence of the land, expressed through yellow sandy tuffs (TERRA) that shape its unique aromatic profile.
The restyling lightens shapes and colors while preserving the key elements. At its core remains the duality between sea and land, symbolized by the shell half fossil, half enhanced with hot gold foil, capturing both past and present.

Above the wine's name appears one of the nine company symbols, echoing the wine’s identity: the sea waves. They recall the geological origins of the soil and evoke the gentle rhythm of the Tuscan hills etched in our imagination.
